Kiki Luthringshausen of K-Haus has partnered with Orren Pickell for his upcoming Showcase House The Scottish Manor located in Bannockburn, Illinois. Already named The 2008 Showhouse for Chicago Magazine and Chicago Home & Garden, this home features the ultimate in design, finishes and amenities. Roughly eight thousand square feet, the home will be listed for $4.8 million. Kiki will work alongside Pickell Builders to furnish all of the interiors for The Scottish Manor opening in late spring.
